What is a Mystery Bounty Tournament?‍

Mystery Bounty tournaments add a suspenseful twist to the game. Where in regular bounty tournaments, you know the exact amount of the bounty you will receive when you knock out an opponent, Mystery Bounty keeps that sum hidden until after you win. This adds a layer of surprise and also eliminates some of the skill edge of the better players.

At the beginning of each tournament is 'Early Phase' which is just like any other tournament - no bounties are awarded here yet. When it comes time for the 'Final Phase', look out for those golden envelopes on your opponents' heads - these contain the secret bounty that you could be winning. It's usually a minimum amount but some can go as high as 50x or 100x your buyin!

The list of prizes available is predetermined, with approximately 50% of the guaranteed prize pool set aside for mystery bounties and the other half in regular awards
